Braised Blade Steak

Ingredients
1 kg Y-Bone or blade steak
1 tbsp Plain flour
1 tsp Each of salt and pepper
1 tbsp Beef tallow or cooking oil
1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Large onion
2 cups Beef broth or stock
Method Steps

1. Mix flour, salt and pepper together and coat the steaks
2. Heat oven proof pan on the stove add beef lard or cooking oil, and sear steaks and onion. Add all extra flour, salt and pepper mix and brown completely.
3. Add all other ingredients and mix well.
4. Place in oven for 2-3 hours on 170 degrees until meat falls apart.
5. Enjoy with roast vegetables or mash potato
