With the carnivore diet growing in popularity and easy meals a must for all busy people, these slow cooked ribs tick a lot of boxes. Full of flavour and nutrition from both the rib cartilage and bone both, just ensure they are left to cook until the meat falls away from the bone without a knife.

Ingredients

 1 kg Eva Valley Meats Beef Ribs
 500 g Bacon
 2 l Bone Broth
 100 ml Thickened cream

Method Steps

Brown ribs and bacon over a high heat

Add bone broth and place in a slow cooker on low for 8-10 hours - check out our recipe for Beef Bone Broth to make your own.

Once the rib meat is falling off the bone, place in an oven on high for 15min to crisp the outside

Add cream to the bacon and bone broth, and simmer until thickened

Pour the bacon gravy over the crispy ribs and enjoy
